While His Grace was here, Father Stephen was off site taking his sons Sam and Nick to visit family and to take Sam to an Orthodox music camp. Since Father Stephen was gone, His Grace served the Divine Liturgy on Sunday, serving as a priest. This meant he did not wear the traditional sakos, but rather the priestly pheloneon (the cape looking vestment). The Divine Liturgy was incredibly beautiful and intimate. After Divine Liturgy, His Grace gave a wonderful homily comparing and contrasting what is and is not Gods will. Certainly a thought provoking and spiritually moving homily, to say the least! His Grace left Camp on Sunday afternoon! We're looking forward to spending more time with him later in the summer.
